Range: A positive IgG titer indicates past infection 

Remarks: Lyme disease is caused by the spirochetal bacteria Borrelia burgdorferi and most often presents with rash, erythema, accompanied by nonspecific symptoms such as fever, malaise, fatigue, headache, myalgia, and/or arthalgia. The incubation period from infection with Borrelia to onset of erythema is usually 7 -14 days but may be as long as 30 days.
