Remarks: Cryoglobulins may occur in almost all cases of paraproteinaemia and are divided in three types: Type I, are monoclonal immunoglobulins and are associated with lymphoproliferative disorders. Type II, are mixture of monoclonal IgM and polyclonal IgG and are associated with macroglobulineamia and chronic active hepatitis. Type III, are mixture of polyclonal IgM and polyclonal IgG and are associated with a variety of disorders
