Remarks: The antibodies against CCP (Anti Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide Antibodies) were found to be the best test at discriminating Rheumatoid Arthritis patients from other patients. About 25% of patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis but RA Negative test will be CCP Positive.
