Remarks: Anti-Histone antibodies are detected in about 20 - 50% of patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), whereas almost all patients with drug-induced SLE are strongly positive for anti-Histone antibodies. On the other hand, patients with idiopathic SLE have other antibodies in addition to anti-histone antibodies (See also ANA Hep-2 cells).
